Big Mac salad

Ingredients
4 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese 1.5 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA) .5 oz Blue Cheese .75 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 small Dill Pickles
Directions
Salt and pepper beef patty. Fry in a non-stick skillet. When flipped, top with the American cheese.

Chop lettuce and put in salad bowl.

Mix remaining ingredients plus 1/4 t. paprika, 1 short squirt of liquid sweetner, salt and pepper to make sauce. (Yes, you need the blue cheese!)

Top the lettuce with the patty and cheese, top with sauce.

Serving Size: 1 salad with patty and sauce
