0.75 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices 2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 cup Flour, white 1 cup Half and Half Cream 1.6 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 tsp Salt 0.1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Sauté bacon until crisp. Reduce heat Nd add butter. When butter is melted whisk in flour to make roux Cook stirring constantly until sauce is smooth & thickened about 2 minutes simmer about 10 minutes stirring frequently . Blend in remaining ingredients. Heat through
