Tuna Mac N' Cheese

Ingredients
1 12 oz box of whole wheat pasta1.75 cups of nonfat milk8 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese2 cans of tuna packed in water (drained)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil pasta following package directions and drain. Add milk and cheese wedges (cut into cubes). Let simmer over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Add tuna and stir to incorporate. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
