Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving Aldi Fit & Active Smoked Honey Ham Deli thin sliced .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)
Directions
Scramble eggs and mix in veggies. Place one slice of ham into well sprayed muffin cups. Pour in egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
