Low sodium cream cheese stuffed meatloaf

Ingredients
24 oz Ground beef, lean .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp catsup low sodium1 cup Spinach, cooked 1 cup Cream Cheese
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients. Put 1/2 into loaf pan
Mix spinach and cream cheese well
Put on top of hamburger mixture that is in pan
Put remaining hamburger mix on top
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or more
