1 serving Protein Powder, Jay robb Whey Protein, one scoop 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 cup Apple Butter 1/2 chopped Apple, peeled6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1/2 cup coconut flour*1/2 cup oat flour* 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Mix everything together and fill greased muffin cups. Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
