Ingredients
2.0 tsp Olive Oil14.0 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 Jalapeno Pepper2.0 cloves Garlic100.0 grams Cilantro, raw (handful)1.0 can Canned Tomatoes1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp chili powder2 oz Monterey Jack
Directions
Warm the oil. Chop up garlic, onions and peppers and start to cook, a few minutes. Add the meat, cook until nearly all brown. Add tomatoes, cilantro and spices. Serve with.5 oz of cheese grated on top.
