Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup

Ingredients
.66 cup Maple Syrup 1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (by TEQUILAMY) 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Cool and strain through fine mesh sieve. Bottle or freeze in 1 Tbsp. portions.

To serve: Put 2 Tbsp. in a cup. Brew 1 shot espresso and 3 oz milk, steamed. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
