Ingredients
5 cup Cauliflower, raw 4 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise .25 tsp Salt 1 clove Garlic 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
bring water to a boil, add cauliflower and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or until tender, drain. In a food processor or blender, process cauliflower, garlic, and mayonnaise and salt until creamy. Add pepper if desired.
