Keto Steak and Mushrooms

Ingredients
6.0 oz Beef - NY Strip Steak1.0 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)2.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.25 fl oz Red Wine0.5 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Melt (don't brown) butter. Sear steak on one side for 2 minutes. Flip to sear other side, add mushrooms and toss in butter to coat. Cover and reduce to medium heat. Cook an additional 5 minutes for medium rare. Remove steak to plate to rest. Increase heat to high, tossing mushrooms in butter and aujus mixture until reduced, 2 mins. On high heat, add wine and quickly toss mushrooms while scraping browned bits from bottom of pan. Remove from heat and add heavy cream, tossing mushrooms lightly. Serve with steak.
