Ingredients
8 oz Chicken breast, skinless & boneless, uncooked 45 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 c flour1/4 tsp chipotle powder1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt
Directions
cut chicken into strips (2 oz each)
mix flour and spices, coat chicken in flour, dredge in egg, then cover in breadcrumbs
bake on roasting sheet
