Pork loin chops pan fry

Ingredients
4.0 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)1.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Onions, raw
Directions
Cut 5 ounce pork chop from pork loin 10 pound with a tenderizer mallet. Then season with salt pepper garlic and paprika. Then dredge the pork chop in flour for a light coating shake off any excess. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a hot frying pan and fried pork chop on both sides. After pork chops remove from hot frying pan add one large diced onion the little squirt of water to deglaze the pan add garlic minced to taste. Serving Size: 4oz
