Ingredients
12.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper6.0 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Line each muffin space with a piece of bacon. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat as if for scrambled eggs. Dice onion and green pepper and add to the egg. Pour egg mixture into each muffin cup. Sprinkle cheese on top of the egg. Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes then take out of pan. You may eat then or cool completely and put into storage container and refrigerate. Microwave 30 seconds on high for a quick breakfast! Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins Devide nutritional information by 12!!!!!
