Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 500 serving brown boiled rice (by SHAHEENMOSQUERA) 7 oz Ground beef
Directions
Fry brown rice and ground beef together in large skillet, cook stirring constantly at 350 degrees.

Add two eggs 3/4 the way through frying and cook, stirring constantly until eggs are cooked into the hash

Serving Size: makes 4 small bowls 8 oz each
