6 oz FISH - Mahi Mahi Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - 1/8 Cup (Need more in breading dish)2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice
Melt butter and add lemon juice. Dip filet in butter and then roll in almond flour seasoned with your favorite spice blend.
Place filets in 9x9 baking dish and pour the extra lemon butter over them
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until flaky.
