Ingredients
.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated0.33 cup Half and Half Cream0.5 tsp Thyme, ground0.5 tsp Salt1.0 clove Garlic4.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw2 TBL Tomato Paste2 lbs Ground beef, lean0.5 tbsp Honey1.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 large Egg white, fresh1.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar2 ozs UTZ - Pork Rinds
Directions
Cook onions and garlic in oil, add all but last 3 ingredients and mix together well, form loaf. Mix last three and baste the top. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Serving Size: 8 servings
