Ingredients
4.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 tbsp Half and Half Cream4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Honey0.5 tsp maple extract4.0 tbsp coconut flour3.0 dash Salt
Directions
For pancakes add .5 tsp baking powder For waffles add 1 tablespoon melted butter Blend it mix everything until well combined, add more half and half if too thick. Batter will thicken as it stands, so use fast. Cook 2-3 minutes over medium heat for pancakes. Cool 5-7 minutes for waffles. Serve with butter or sugar free syrup. Will freeze well. Can omit sweeteners and extracts and add spices and or cheese for a savory version. Serving Size: 4
