Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
1 head lg cabbage, your favorite kind, thinly sliced1 tbsp olive oil3 slices turkey bacon, diced
Directions
In a large, hot frying pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and diced pieces of turkey bacon. When bacon crisp, reduce heat to medium and add whole head of cabbage at once. Continue to fry cabbage in pan, cooking, until cabbage is tender. Eat on the side or as a topping.
