Grilled Chicken Veggie Garlic Kabobs

Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breast8 T Fat Free Italian Dressing12 Stalks, Asparagus1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped12 Cherry Tomatoes8 mushrooms1/2 Red Onion, chopped4 Jalapeno Pepper - left whole if too hot, slice in half and remove seeds8 Cloves Garlic - leave whole to place on skewer
Directions
Marinade cubed chicken in Italian Dressing up to 8 hours or at least while prepping vegetables. Dice bell pepper and onion. Thread all ingredients evenly on four skewers. Mix 1 T minced garlic with olive oil, brush on skewers during grilling. Eat alone or servie with Brown rice.
