1 Serving(s) Almond flour 3.2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 Serving(s) Coconut flour 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 3 tbsp Sour Cream 3 tsp coconut sugar, Madhavaâ„¢ Organic (1 t)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Mixture should be Separated into microwave cups. Cook each 1 minute in microwave or cook at 400 degrees for 20 min in paper muffin cups . Let cool 1 minute. Serving Size: Makes 6 muffins
