3.3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 3.3 tbsp Coconut flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Sour Cream
Directions
Blend all ingredients. Cook 1/2 in a microwave cup, 1 at a time.
