Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) .25 cup Parsley 2 cup Kale 2 fl. oz Sherry, dry 1 cup Green Beans (snap) 1.5 tsp Chinese 5-Spice Powder (by SUNSHINE_AB) 1.5 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Put everything in a large and simmer until veggies are cooked but still have a crunch.
Freezes well.
