Chicken Stuffed w/ Spinach topped with Mushroom Sauce

3 Chicken Breast1 c. Spinach2 cloves of Garlic 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbs. Smart Balance1.5 c. Mushrooms3 tsp. Mozz. Cheese 1 can Mushroom Sauce
Bake on 350 degrees. Salt chicken and slice middle of the breast to place spinach. In a pan, saute spinach and garlic in olive oil until done. Place spinach mixture inside of breasts. Add a tsp. of mozz. cheese on top of the spinach mixture and close breast. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
Mushroom Sauce: Add Smart Balance spread to a pan and saute mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add Mushroom Sauce. Simmer until chicken is ready. Serve over chicken.
