Ground Turkey Breakfast Skillet

2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 cup Salsa1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen6.0 serving Egg white, large1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil16.0 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/151.0 tsp Sriracha (optional)1.0 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Grease skillet with olive oil
Pour in ground turkey and brown meat
Then add onion and salsa cook for 2-4 minutes
Thaw out spinach according to instructions on package. Fresh spinach can be used as well.
Add spinach and mix all ingredients and make six openings to add egg.
Add parmesan cheese
Let cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking
