Mini Rye Tuna Melts

16 slices Cocktail Rye Bread 1 tbsp finely chopped Onions, raw 1 Tble. Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise2 slices Cheese - Muenster - Sargento - 80Cal/1-Slice 1 small can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
Mix together the tuna, onions, and mayonnaise. Put about one tablespoon mixture on each of 8 slices of the rye. Cut the two cheese slices into 8 squares. Put one cheese slice on top of the tuna mixture. Top with the remaining 8 rye slices. Spray with cooking spray (can butter if you wish) Put on griddle sprayed side down and spray the other side. Grill as for grilled cheese.
