Southwest Burger

Ingredients
Sofrito sauce (you can buy it ready-made but I make my own)Lean ground turkeySalsa
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the turkey, the sofrito, and the salsa together.

Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.

Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and make burger patties.

Grill the burgers.
