0.5 cup Coconut Oil 12 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 2 serving Vanilla Shakeology (35g)=1scoop 2 tbsp Honey 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour (2 tbsp serving) (by ADDICTED2DONUTS)
Directions
Mix everything together (melted coconut oil)
Place in small baking dish Lined w parchment paper
Refrigerate and cut
Serve immediately or portion out and refrigerate
