0.75 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)4.0 slice Mushrooms, fresh0.25 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar0.5 serving *Kraft Fat Free Singles - American Cheese1.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)0.25 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft2.0 serving turkey breast sliced, fat free - Great Value (svg=1 slice 28g, 1 oz)1.0 oz PIckled Jalapenos
Use 8-10 inch non-stick pan. Spray cooking spray and pour 0.5 cup of egg substitute. Immediately after, place mushroom slices, jalapenos, and spinach on one half of the omelette and both shredded cheeses on the other half. Place slice of smoked turkey over spinach and mushroom side. Wait until egg is fully cooked before placing slice of american cheese on top of the other cheeses as this will melt almost immediately. Once all ingredients are in, fold in half.
