4.0 tbsp coconut flour bob''s red mill9.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 tsp Baking Soda2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw5.0 tbsp Maple Syrup5.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 cup Lemon Juice1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh2.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
Mix dry, separately mix wet, combine and food in blueberries. Mix 2 tbps butter and brown sugar and sprinkle on top of the six muffins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
