Ingredients
2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 clove Garlic8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1.0 oz Cheese - Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese2.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)0.75 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 large Egg white, fresh4.0 serving Bacon Turkey , low sodium Butterball everyday Turkey
Directions
Preheat Oven 350, spray pie pan with cooking spray. Saute mushrooms until no moisture add in minced garlic and spinach until spinach is wilted. Fry bacon until crisp chop. Place spinach, mushroom, garlic in bottom of pie pan. Top with bacon. In bowl whisk eggs, milk, pepper, green onion, parm cheese and cheddar cheese. Pour over spinach and mushrooms. Top with mozzarella and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until center is set and eggs no longer way. Serving Size: Divide into 4 servings
