1.0 serving(s) mission wraps garden spinach herb2.0 large Egg Yolk2.0 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.05 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes)1.0 oz heluva good Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers1.0 tsp Frank''s Red Hot Sauce Original
Saute" green peppers in a tablespoon of water in a small non stick skillet. ADD tomatoes heat through. ADD egg yolk and scramble. In a large skillet lightly brown each side of the wrap. Shred the cheese over the wrap while the flip side is Browning. Top with the scrambled eggs sprinkle with the hot sauce. Roll up like a burrito. Caution over heating the wrap.will make it difficult to roll.
