2 corn casserole

Ingredients
1 stick butter1 cup onions diced1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 8.5 oz.1 - 16 oz can whole corn, undrained1 - 16 oz can creamed corn1 - 4 oz. can mild green chili's3 whole eggs 4 oz. mexican blend shredded cheese
Directions
Saute onions and butter till soft. In large bowl add remaining ingredients except cheese. Transfer to 8 X 8 pan. Top with cheese. Bake 350 for 45 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.

Makes 9 servings. If you double the recipe use a 9 X 13 pan and do not double the butter.
