Traditional Shortbread Cookies

2 cups I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 Tbsp 1 cup Granulated Sugar 5 cup Flour, white
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream butter/margarine and sugar, add flour and knead until fully mixed.
Press into a greased/lined 9"x13" pan (or similar size) and prick all over with a fork, making sure to keep holes close and poke right to the bottom.
Bake for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 300°F and bake 40 more minutes.
Cool for two minutes before cutting into bars (I usually do 9 across and 3 down, making 27 bars in total) then allow to cool completely in pan before removing.
Serving Size: Makes about 27 cookies
