8 oz Milk, Kroger Skim Milk .50 tsp Salt 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.33 serving 1 tbsp blue bonnet light margarine 4 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 tsp Watkins Butter Extract (by THM_GIGI)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12-muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg, margarine and butter flavoring. In larger bowl, combine the flour,sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Add milk mixture to flour mixture, and stir just until flour disappears; do not overblend.
4. Spoon into muffin tins and bake 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean and muffins are golden brown.
5. Cool on rack for 5 minutes; remove from pan and serve hot.
