Homemade Arroz Con Pollo

Ingredients
1 1/3 lbs Perdue Fit & Easy Chicken Breasts1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes with zesty green chilies3/4 cup Private Selection salsa3/4 ounce or 20 grams or 1/2 pk Tone's Taco Seasoning8 ounce Dole Baby Portobello Mushrooms1 jar Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
Directions
Spray a nonstick pot with Pam. Add the cubed chicken breast & cook through.
Add the diced topmatoes, salsa, & taco seasoning. Add the jar of Alfredo sauce. Stir well. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes (until mushrooms start to turn soft).

Serve over rice.
