Ingredients
500g ground lean beef4 rashers of bacon trim the fat.1/2 a head of cabbage shredded1 cup of chopped fresh beans.1/2 to one cup of rice2tbsp curry powder3 tblsp soy sauce1pkt of chiciken noodle soup mix
Directions
brown beef & bacon in large pot.
add onions, curry, soup mix, and soy sauce.
add the other vegetables and 4 cups of water.
Once it is simmering add rice to the pot and continue to simmer until rice is cooked through.
