Fava Beans with Prosciutto

Ingredients
3 slices Prociutto 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tbs tumeric1 tbs cinnamon3 cup frozen Fava Beans
Directions
Chop prosciutto and sauté with onion, oil, and butter. Add parsley, turmeric, and cinnamon. Simmer 5 min. and add wine. Cove and simmer 15 min longer until beans are tender.
