Ingredients
3.0 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded1.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (14 slices per serving)1.0 cup Mid''s pizza sauce0.75 cup Bob''s Red Mill super-fine almond flour
Directions
1.5 cup of mozzarella and 2 tbsp, microwave for 1 min and stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Add 3/4 cup almond flour and one beaten egg. Mix and spread on cookie sheet, sprinkle garlic powder, poke holes and then bake for 8 mins at 425 degrees. Take out and cover with sauce, cheese and toppings and bake for another 8-12 mins.
