Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry, Low Carb, GF

16 oz Beef - NY Strip Steak 1 bunch Broccoli, chopped into bite sized chunks5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw or Bok Choy, chopped into bite sized chunks1 large Onions, raw hopped into bite sized chunks1 tsp Corn Starch 6 tbsp Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce4 tsp Sesame Oil 1 clove Garlic minced
1. Cut beef into thin strips and mix in small bowl with 1 tsp sesame oil, mined garlic, 1 tbsp GF Soy Sauce and corn starch. Coat well and set aside.
2. Fry onion, celery and broccoli in a large frying pan. Cover for a few minutes but do not over cook.
3. Remove vegetables from frying pan and add beef.
4. Cook until rare, add vegetables, remaining soy sauce and toss to coat.
5. Put it in a plate and eat it.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
