Ingredients
Yellowfin Tuna (fish), 4, 6ozExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Juice of a Lemon, 1pink peppercorn, .25 cupgreen peppercorn, .25 cup
Directions
1. Crush the pink and green peppersorns together, then coat the surface of each fish steak, pour the lemon juice on top
2. Grill the tuna for about 3 mins per side
