Ingredients
1 tbsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning 12 oz Coleslaw, Dole Classic 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 6 tsp Garlic Select Minced Garlic 1 tbsp Cookwell Toasted Sesame Oil 3 oz Eat Smart Broccoli Slaw 1 tbsp Best Choice Low Sodium Lite Soy Sauce 16 oz Big Easy Foods Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Shrimp, garlic, ginger, zatarain's creole seasoning, soy sauce, and green onions, and cook, stirring until cooked through.
Add the coleslaw mix and broccoli slaw to the skillet with the shrimp. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until cabbage has softened.
Remove from the heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
