2.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Cumin seed0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.75 cup Tomato Sauce2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.75 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes32.0 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast2.0 clove Garlic1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Cook turkey w/garlic, onion & bell pepper in olive oil. When all pink is gone:
Add carrots and rest of seasonings + 1tsp sea salt. Once carrots are about half cooked, add zucchini, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
Bring all to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
