4.2 gram(s) Linessa Light Salami--2 round slices (by KARPLAND4) 100 gram(s) cottage cheese LINESSA (by NATAN2007) 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 2 serving Egg white, large 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 small Onions, raw 10 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta) 1 serving Cheese - Gouda Light Schreiben Linessa (by COOKINMAMA)
Start by preheating oven and slicing your veggies. Mix the egg whites with the cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Mix hemp, psyllium and coconut flour. This step is important. Make sure to whisk it over the yogurt-egg white mix leaving no crumbs.
Allow to sit at room temp. for 10 min.
Take a parchment paper. Spread the batter. It should be around 2 cm high. Bake for 10 min at 180. Flip. Bake for 10 min. Flip and top with veggies, salami and cheesse.Spice to taste (basil and oregano and also garlic powder are great) Bake until cheese melts. Eat
