Fried radishes

Ingredients
16 oz Radish, Fresh .5 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Salt 2 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Trim radish ends wash leave skins on. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add Radishes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then cook over med heat about 15-20 min, until soft but crisp. Like the texture of fried potatoes
