Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced *Rhubarb, 2 stalks, choppedLime Juice, 1 wedge yieldsWater, tap, 1 fl oz Madhava Amber Agave Nectar, .33 tbsp *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup Ginger, ground, .125 tsp *Earth Balance Soy Garden Buttery Spread, 3 tbspGranulated Sugar, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine sliced strawberries and chopped rhubarb in 9x9 glass dish. Incorporate the lime juice, water, and agave nectar. In separate bowl combine flour, ginger, and soy garden with fingers (or a fork) until, well, crumbly. Add in sugar in the same manner and disperse over fruit mix. Cook for 20-25 minutes, broil for last 1-2 minutes or until topping is just golden brown.
