Ingredients
8 serving Fit & Active Whole Wheat tortilla 8 in. (45g) 4 tbsp Old El Paso Chopped Green Chile (by CARLY783) 16 oz Beef, top sirloin .5 cup Sour Cream 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .25 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 2 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 cup Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional
Directions
Chop steak into small cubes. Chop onion, and saute it using olive oil cooking spray. When the onion is translucent, add the steak. Throw in the steak and brown. While the steak and onions are cooking, chop up the garlic cloves and stir them in with the meat and onion mixture. Also stir in one can of chopped green chiles, and add the ground cumin, salt, and pepper. For each tortilla, spread one tablespoon of sour cream down the middle. Add the meat mixture and some tomatoes. Add hot sauce if you'd like, and add 1/8 cup of cheddar per burrito. Roll each one up and place them in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve with heated refried beans.
