Ingredients
2.0 serving(s) Beef and cheddar kielbasa8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cut up pepper, onion and sausage and saute in skillet with Olive oil until softened and golden brown. Pour beaten eggs in skillet and cook until done. Sprinkle cheese on top and allow to melt. Enjoy!
