Oriental Chicken Salad

Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed cookedCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup Cornstarch, .0625 cup Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) *Hunt's Ketchup, 4 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, .25 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), .5 cup, halves and whole
Directions
mix sugar,cornstarch,water, oil, ketchup, cider vinegar and soy sauce in sauce pan and bring to a boil until thickened. Add to rest of items just before serving.
