Ingredients
.25 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root .15 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon .5 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey 2 cups (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
boil the water remove from heat and add the peeled ginger cut the lemon piece in half and squeeze half into the water throw in the piece of lemon and cover to steep 20 minutes. strain half into a cup add half the honey. adjust calories if you add more sweetener.
