Mom's Mexican Tortilla Bake

Ingredients
16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup water1t salt2 tbsp Chili powder .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 9 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Corn Tortillas 2 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
Directions
1) Brown ground beef,
2) Mix in chopped onion, garlic and tomato sauce
2) Add water, chili powder, salt and simmer for 20 minutes
3) Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture in to 2 qt casserole. Spread tortillas with sour cream. Arrange 3 tortillas over meat mixtures and then sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layers.
4) Bake for 20 minutes at 350
